BANKSIA - Social Media Manager

Banksia was an Australian-inspired restaurant run by an Aussie and a Scot. Based in the heart of Copenhagen, just off of Gothersgade, Banksia was known for their fantastic and succulent meat dishes, as well as new world wines, that would have the international community in Copenhagen flocking through their doors every night.

I was responsible for managing all social channels, both content creation and copy. I significantly increased the restaurant's brand awareness and engagement and optimised sales via competitions and deals, as well as enticing marketing campaigns.
